titleOfInvention Shape memory bolus
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolus that closely adheres to the body shape of a patient undergoing radiotherapy, has a sensitive temperature responsiveness because the structure of the monomer to be polymerized is the same, is reusable, and is biodegradable. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a bolus containing a polymer that does not give an environmental load at the time of disposal. A bolus that closely adheres to the body shape of a patient undergoing radiotherapy, said bolus is a thermoplastic shape memory resin containing a biodegradable temperature-responsive polymer in which a macromonomer of ε-caprolactone is crosslinked. Providing a bolus characterized by consisting of sheets. [Selection diagram] Fig. 4
