titleOfInvention | Photosensitive resin composition for inkjet and printed wiring board |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition capable of forming a cured product having excellent coatability by an inkjet method and excellent electrical insulation, flame retardancy and bleed resistance. The photosensitive resin composition for inkjet of the present invention comprises (A) a (meth) acrylic resin having a weight average molecular weight of 500 or more, and (B) a (meth) acrylic compound having a weight average molecular weight of less than 500. A photosensitive resin composition containing (C) a phosphorus-containing compound and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the component (C) is a compound other than a phosphoric acid ester and photoradical polymerization. Alternatively, the compound is characterized by having a functional group that can be reacted by photocationic polymerization. [Selection diagram] None |
