titleOfInvention | Two-component curable adhesive composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component curable adhesive composition capable of obtaining a cured product having an appropriately long pot life and excellent breaking strength and breaking elongation. A two-component curable adhesive composition comprises a main agent (A) containing a urethane prepolymer (a1), an amorphous polyol compound (b1), and a polyamine compound (b2) having a number average molecular weight of less than 400. And a curing agent (B) containing a polyamine compound (b3) having a number average molecular weight of 400 or more. The urethane prepolymer (a1) is obtained by reacting a raw material polyisocyanate with a crystalline polyol compound (a2) with an index of 1.8 or more. The equivalent ratio of the isocyanate group in the main agent (A) to the active hydrogen group in the curing agent (B) is 0.8 to 4. The equivalent ratio of the isocyanate group in the main agent (A) to the hydroxyl group in the amorphous polyol compound (b1) is 2 to 12. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
