abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a kit for cooking a foreskin food in a microwave oven, which can prevent the foreskin food from being torn. The present invention is a method for cooking a foreskin food in a microwave oven, and the following steps: (A) Step of preparing foreskin food; (B) Step of preparing an aqueous solution containing sodium ions and chloride ions; (C) A step of adding the aqueous solution prepared in the step (b) to the surface of the foreskin food prepared in the step (a); and (d) heating the foreskin food provided in the step (c) in a microwave oven.
