abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing high-purity optically active-cis-aminopiperidine without requiring protection of both amino groups of aminopiperidine. SOLUTION: In the process of producing an optically active substance using racemic-cis-nipecotamide (2) as an optically active substance, the obtained optically active-cis-nipecotamide (3) is subjected to a de-CO rearrangement reaction to cause an optically active -cis-aminopiperidin.
