PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a three-dimensional tissue in vivo. In one embodiment, a method of forming a three-dimensional tissue in vivo, comprising depositing at least one of the cell-containing compositions on a surface that is in or above a subject, in another embodiment. In vivo, a three-dimensional tissue comprising depositing at least one of a cell-containing composition and at least one of an extracellular matrix (ECM) -containing composition on a surface that is in or above a subject. In the method of forming, and in yet another embodiment, the subject is at least one composition containing cells, at least one composition containing extracellular matrix (ECM), and at least one other additional component. Provided are methods of forming three-dimensional tissue in vivo, including depositing on a surface that is internal or above. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
