abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for activating skin cells, which is excellent in the effect of activating skin cells and is easy to use as a form of cosmetics or the like because a material derived from a natural product is used. SOLUTION: The composition for activating skin cells contains a fermented product of yeast obtained by culturing lactic acid bacteria in a medium containing a milk component and using the culture as a raw material. The lactic acid bacterium produces a metabolite derived from a milk component by culturing in the medium containing the milk component, and the raw material for fermentation by the yeast preferably contains the metabolite derived from the milk component.
