titleOfInvention | Method of suppressing non-specific reaction |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for suppressing the occurrence of a non-specific reaction in an immunoassay method using a mucin-containing biological sample. SOLUTION: In an immunoassay method using a mucin-containing biological sample, a non-specific reaction is suppressed by using a solution containing a buffer component having a carboxy group. Preferably, as a solution containing a buffer component having a carboxy group, N, N-bis (2-hydroxyethyl) glycine (Bicine), N- [tris (hydroxymethyl) methyl] glycine (Tricine), N- (2-) A solution containing at least one selected from the group consisting of (acetamide) iminodiacetic acid (ADA), acetic acid, citric acid, and tartaric acid is used.
