titleOfInvention Flushing
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flushing capable of stabilizing the yield strength of a joint structure of a floor and a beam material. SOLUTION: A shear connector 7A is provided with a fracture-inducing structure 150 that induces a fracture of a flushing 1 earlier than a fracture of a concrete 12 when a horizontal force is transmitted. Therefore, at the time of horizontal force transmission, the fracture-inducing structure 150 can fracture the flushing 1 before the concrete 12 is fractured. Therefore, the proof stress of the joint structure 100 depends on the material strength of the steel plate constituting the flushing 1. Since the material strength of the steel sheet is more stable than that of concrete 12, the yield strength of the bonded structure can be stabilized. [Selection diagram] Fig. 3
