An electrolytic solution for a power storage device, which is represented by the formula (1) and contains an ionic liquid composed of a tricyanofluoroborate anion and a quaternary ammonium ion as a main component. (In the formula, R 1 to R 4 independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or an alkoxyalkyl group represented by − (CH 2 ) n − OR, and R is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. Represents an alkyl group of 4, where n represents an integer of 1 or 2. However, any one of R 1 to R 4 is the alkoxyalkyl group, and any two of R 1 to R 4 are bonded to each other.
