How to derive biomarker positive rates for non-tumor cells |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for deriving a biomarker positive rate of non-tumor cells. SOLUTION: (i) An image of a first fluorescent signal representing a cell nucleus is generated and expanded to the complete cell diameter to construct a first mask of the cell, and (ii) a tumor bio. A second mask to construct a second mask of a second fluorescent signal representing a region expressing a marker and (iii) a third mask containing a fluorescent signal representing non-tumor cells. From the first mask, (iv) the step of constructing a fourth mask of the fluorescent signal representing the region expressing the biomarker, and (v) the fluorescence representing the non-tumor cell expressing the biomarker. Bio by the step of superimposing the third and fourth masks and (vi) the total area of the fifth mask divided by the total area of the third mask so as to provide the fifth mask containing the signal. It comprises the step of deriving the PBP of non-tumor cells expressing the marker. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
