titleOfInvention Carbonation enhancer
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a carbonic acid sensation, since a carbonic acid sensation enhancer includes a taste in which the flavor of a spice as an active ingredient can be felt, it is not suitable for enhancing the carbonic acid sensation of a carbonated beverage mainly having a refreshing sensation. According to the present invention, carbonic acid is dissolved without causing an unpleasant taste by containing one of 2-saturated methyl ketones having 5 to 11 carbon atoms or two or more kinds having different carbon atoms as an active ingredient. Provided is a carbonic acid sensation enhancer capable of enhancing the carbonic acid sensation of foods and drinks. [Selection diagram] None
