PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-hormonal vitamin D conjugated to a therapeutic compound, which results in a compound having increased absorption, bioavailability, or circulating half-life when compared to the non-conjugated form. SOLUTION: A carrier-drug conjugate containing a non-hormonal vitamin D, an analog, or a metabolite thereof, which is conjugated to a therapeutic compound with the 3-carbon of the non-hormonal vitamin D target-oriented group.
