abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an excessive increase in a force (that is, a restraining pressure) for restraining a plurality of secondary batteries in a battery module. A battery circuit control device is configured to control a circuit including a battery module. The battery module includes a plurality of secondary batteries (cells) in a constrained state. The battery circuit control device is configured to disconnect a part of the secondary batteries (cells) included in the battery module from the circuit and discharge the batteries when the restraining pressure for restraining the plurality of secondary batteries becomes equal to or higher than the threshold value.
