abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a hue change of a recycled polyester during recycling, particularly yellowing, and to obtain a recycled polyester having a small hue change, an efficient manufacturing method of the multilayer container, and a hue change are suppressed. Provided is a method for producing a recycled polyester. A polyester layer containing a polyester resin (X) and a polyamide layer containing a polyamide resin (Y) and a yellowing inhibitor (A), and the content of the polyamide resin (Y) is the total polyamide layer. And 0.05 to 7.0% by mass with respect to the total amount of all polyester layers, and the content of the yellowing inhibitor (A) is 1 with respect to the total amount of all polyamide layers and all polyester layers. It is a method for producing a recycled polyester, which comprises a multilayer container having a value of about 30 ppm, a method for producing the same, and a step for recovering the polyester from the multilayer container.
