titleOfInvention | Chlorine dioxide gas generation / release method, chlorine dioxide gas generation / release kit, and gel composition |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating and releasing chlorine dioxide gas which is suitably used for treating pollen, indoor dust, skin dust, allergens such as fungi, and harmful substances such as viruses and pathogenic bacteria. SOLUTION: A method for generating and releasing chlorine dioxide gas is a solid gas coexisting agent containing at least one of a gas generating agent, a gas generation adjusting agent, a carbonyl group and a hydroxyl group in a chlorite aqueous solution, and gelation. Chlorine dioxide gas is continuously generated from the gel-like composition obtained by adding the gelation activator containing the agent, and water containing the gas coexisting agent is released together with the chlorine dioxide gas.
