PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying a treatment for an individual having a condition or a disease such as cancer by performing molecular profiling of a sample derived from an individual and using the result of the molecular profiling. SOLUTION: Immunohistochemistry (IHC) analysis, microarray analysis, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) analysis, and DNA sequencing are performed on a sample derived from a subject, and mapping for a treatment whose biological activity on cancer cells is known. Identify candidate treatments for subjects in need of that treatment, including the step of comparing the IHC expression profile, microarray expression profile, FISH mutation profile, and sequencing abrupt profile to a regular database containing.
