titleOfInvention Composite plating material
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite plating material capable of suppressing an increase in friction coefficient due to sliding between a contact portion between a male terminal and a female terminal when used as a material such as a connectable terminal which can be inserted and removed. SOLUTION: A test piece cut out from a composite plating material in which a composite plating film made of a composite material containing carbon particles in a silver layer is formed on the material is used as a flat plate-shaped test piece, and inner R = 1. An AgSb plating material having a thickness of 20 μm formed on a 0 mm hemispherical embossed material (Vickers hardness HV is 180) was used as an indented test piece, and a flat plate-shaped test piece was indented. After performing 1,000 reciprocating sliding operations at a sliding distance of 10 mm and a sliding speed of 3 mm / s while pressing with a constant load of 2N, the wear debris at the sliding end is taped and collected. When this is done, the maximum value of the length of the short side of the rectangle that minimizes the area of the rectangle that circumscribes the contour of the wear debris on the tape is 100 μm or less.
