titleOfInvention | Aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion having a small viscosity change rate, which can be applied as a paint, an adhesive, an ink and various coating agents to various substrates to be coated. The problem of the present invention is solved by an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion having a viscosity change rate of less than 10% when stored at 60 ° C. for 24 hours. Another object of the present invention is that in the aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion, the acidic groups of the polyurethane prepolymer generated by the reaction with the polyol, the acidic group-containing polyol and the polyisocyanate are neutralized by the neutralizing agent, and the polyurethane prepolymer and the chain are chained. The polyurethane resin produced by contact with an extender is dispersed in an aqueous medium, and the polyol contains a polycarbonate polyol having a number average molecular weight of 400 to 8,000, which is solved by the aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion.
