PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a T cell receptor-like antibody agent specific for an EBV latent infection membrane protein 2A peptide presented by human HLA. SOLUTION: Antibodies that bind to HLA class I molecules, particularly Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) latent infectious membrane protein 2 (LMP2) presented by HLA-A02, fragments thereof, and multispecific binders. Is described. Also herein, detection, prevention, and / or therapeutic treatment of diseases characterized by the expression of the EBV-LMP2 peptide presented by HLA-A02, particularly Burkitt lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The above antibodies, fragments thereof, and multispecific binding agents, and methods of using their compositions are presented. [Selection diagram] None |
