abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a random isoprene-butadiene copolymer rubber having an equal rate in a copolymerization of isoprene (or substituted isoprene monomer) and 1,3-butadiene. A method for synthesizing isoprene-butadiene rubber, in which (a) isoprene monomer or substituted isoprene monomer and (b) 1,3-butadiene monomer are copolymerized in the presence of a neodymium catalyst system. Featuring a process, the neodymium catalyst system (1) reacts neodymium carboxylate with an organic aluminum compound in the presence of a conjugated diolefin monomer to produce a neodymium aluminum catalytic component, and (2) subsequently neodymium aluminum. It is a method prepared by reacting a catalytic component with an alkylaluminum chloride to form a monomeric catalytic system. [Selection diagram] None |
