titleOfInvention Carbon quantum dots and their manufacturing methods
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide carbon quantum dots capable of adjusting a wider range of emission colors. Another object of the present invention is to provide a simple and efficient method for producing such carbon quantum dots using safe and inexpensive raw materials. SOLUTION: A solution containing (1) (A) lignin or a carbonized product thereof, (B) an aromatic compound having a hydroxy group and an amino group, and (C) an aliphatic polyamine is prepared; and (2). By heating and carbonizing the solution prepared in (1) above, carbon quantum dots having visible light emitting ability are produced. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
