abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel heat-resistant member having both high corrosion resistance against high-temperature corrosive gas and high emissivity. A heat-resistant member 10b includes a base material 20 made of isotropic graphite, and a single-layer or multi-layer coating 30b formed on all or part of the surface of the base material 20. The coating film 30b contains a single-layer or multi-layered dense WC layer 32 containing WC as a main component and having a porosity of less than 3%. The coating film 30b may further include a single-layer or multi-layered porous WC layer 34 formed on all or part of the surface of the dense WC layer 32. In this case, the porous WC layer 34 preferably contains WC as a main component and has a porosity larger than that of the dense WC layer 32. [Selection diagram] Fig. 2 |
