SOLUTION: (i) Nucleic acid capable of complementarily binding to miRNA3648, (Ii) Nucleic acid encoding a protein having SKI function, (Iii) At least one nucleic acid selected from nucleic acids (i) to (iii), which is a nucleic acid capable of binding to the complementary strand of the 3'UTR of the SKI gene and exerts an SKI protein expression-enhancing effect, is incorporated so as to be expressible. Vector, (II) A therapeutic agent for biliary tract cancer or pancreatic cancer containing an antibody or a fragment thereof that recognizes a protein having an SKI function or (III) miRNA3648.
