abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly productive manufacturing method of an acrylic fiber non-woven fabric having a fiber diameter of about 1.0 to 5.0 μm, a flame-resistant fiber obtained by firing the non-woven fabric, and a carbon fiber non-woven fabric. SOLUTION: This is a method for producing a directly-spun spinning non-woven fabric in which a polyacrylonitrile-based polymer solution is discharged from a solution discharge hole of a spinning nozzle to form a fibrous substance to form a non-woven fabric, and the fiber discharged from the solution discharge hole. In the step of stretching the fibrous material by the air flow ejected from the gas discharge hole, and in the step of stretching the fibrous material by the air flow, the sprayed mist-like coagulating liquid is brought into contact with the fibrous material to bring the polymer solution into contact with the fibrous material. The spinning nozzle includes a step of solidifying, and the spinning nozzle is a double-tube type having a solution discharge hole and a gas discharge hole, and the solution discharge hole port is installed 0.5 to 5.0 mm behind the gas discharge hole port.
