abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently extract and separate an organic pollutant from an oily solvent without diluting the organic pollutant several hundred times, and to surely remove a dilute organic pollutant contained in the oily solvent. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for extracting organic pollutants which can be used. SOLUTION: An organic pollutant extractant, a nonionic surfactant having a benzene ring, and an organic pollutant are mixed to adsorb the organic pollutant on the nonionic surfactant, and the organic pollutant is adsorbed. This is a method for extracting organic pollutants by adsorbing the nonionic surfactant adsorbed on the organic pollutant extractant. [Selection diagram] None
