titleOfInvention | Active energy ray-curable composition and its production method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition capable of obtaining a cured product having excellent elongation and tensile strength, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The vinyl polymer (A) having two or more mercapto groups at the terminal and having a number average molecular weight of 20,000 to 200,000 and an ethylenically unsaturated group-containing compound (B) are contained. Active energy ray-curable composition. A method for producing an active energy ray-curable composition. (1) A vinyl-based monomer is polymerized using a polymerization control agent having two or more thiocarbonylthio groups to have two or more thiocarbonylthio groups at the terminals and a number average molecular weight of 20. A step of obtaining a polymer (P1) of 000 to 200,000, (2) A nucleophile is reacted with the polymer (P1) obtained in the step (1) to have two or more mercapto groups at the terminals and a number average molecular weight of 20,000 to 200,000. The step of obtaining the vinyl-based polymer (A), which is (3) A production method comprising a step of mixing the vinyl-based polymer (A) obtained in the step (2) and the ethylenically unsaturated group-containing compound (B).
