PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To include a first antigen-binding portion which is a Fab molecule capable of specifically binding to CD3, and a second antigen-binding portion capable of specifically binding to folic acid receptor 1 (FolR1). It provides a cell-activated bispecific antigen-binding molecule. SOLUTION: A novel bispecific antigen-binding molecule for T cell activation and redirection to a specific target cell, a polynucleotide encoding the bispecific antigen-binding molecule, a vector containing the polynucleotide, and a vector containing the polynucleotide. It relates to a host cell, a method of producing the bispecific antigen-binding molecule, and a method of using the bispecific antigen-binding molecule for disease treatment.
