titleOfInvention Reinforced fiber stitch base material, preform material, and fiber reinforced composite material, and methods for manufacturing them.
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing fiber stitch base material capable of suppressing the formation of microcracks generated in a fiber reinforced composite material. SOLUTION: It is composed of a plurality of reinforcing fiber sheets made of reinforcing fibers aligned in one direction and stitch threads. A reinforcing fiber stitching base material obtained by laminating a plurality of the reinforcing fiber sheets and stitching the plurality of the reinforcing fiber sheets through the stitch thread in the thickness direction and integrating them. The above problem can be solved by using a reinforcing fiber stitch base material characterized in that the stitch thread is a liquid crystal polyester fiber. [Selection diagram] None
