titleOfInvention | Multilayer film for thermoforming sheet lamination, thermoforming laminated sheet, and thermoforming container |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress delamination caused by heat of an oil component derived from a food material which has become high in temperature by microwave heating without thickening a propylene resin layer, a multilayer film for laminating thermoforming sheets, laminating for thermoforming. A sheet and a thermoformed container are provided. SOLUTION: The multilayer film 1 is laminated on a heat-resistant polystyrene foam sheet for heat molding by thermal laminating, and is a propylene resin layer 10, a mixed resin layer 11, a propylene resin layer 10 and a mixed resin layer. An adhesive layer 12 is provided between the propylene resin layer 10 and the mixed resin layer 11 for laminating the propylene resin layer 10 and the mixed resin layer 11, and the mixed resin layer 10 has a weight ratio of the propylene resin to the styrene resin of 45:55. It contains an alloy component of ~ 70: 30 as a main component, and further has 2 to 15 parts by weight of a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer with respect to 100 parts by weight of the alloy component.
