abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pinpoint collagen in the skin in a shorter period until the effect of α-EG appears as compared with the case where foods and cosmetics containing α-EG are orally ingested or applied to the skin. Provided are skin modification methods and skin modification sheets that can be increased. SOLUTION: The skin modification method includes a step of preparing a skin modification sheet having a sheet-like substrate and a plurality of microneedles formed on one surface of the sheet-like substrate and containing α-EG. It includes a step of pinpointing a skin modification sheet to a place where it is desired to improve the firmness of the skin, and a step of activating fibroblasts existing in the dermis of the place by α-EG. The skin modification sheet is a skin modification sheet including a sheet-like substrate and a plurality of microneedles formed on one surface of the sheet-like substrate, and the plurality of microneedles contain α-EG. A skin modification sheet is pinpointly attached to the skin, and α-EG released slowly from a plurality of microneedles permeates the dermis to activate fibroblasts. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
