titleOfInvention | Transfer printing method for textile products containing vegetable fibers |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method in a transfer printing method for a textile product containing a vegetable fiber, in order to improve the washing fastness of the transfer printed textile product, which does not require a separate dedicated process such as a post-process. SOLUTION: The transfer printing method includes (1) a pretreatment step of applying a swelling agent and a water repellent to a textile product (A) containing vegetable fibers, and (2) treated fibers obtained in the pretreatment step. A transfer step of superimposing a product (B) and a transfer member colored with an ink containing a disperse dye and transferring a colored portion of the transfer member to a treated fiber product (B) to obtain a transfer fiber product (C). And (3) a cleaning step of removing the swelling agent from the transfer fiber product (C) with a cleaning solution. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
