abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated steel sheet having excellent corrosion resistance, blackening resistance and sweat resistance. SOLUTION: A surface treatment liquid for hot-dip Zn-Al-Mg alloy-plated steel sheets. (1) As the P compound, one or two or more selected from the group consisting of inorganic phosphoric acid, organic phosphoric acid, and salts thereof. (2) As N compounds, one or both of inorganic N compounds and amines, (3) As the Si compound, one or two or more selected from the group consisting of silica, trialkoxysilane, tetraalkoxysilane, and silane coupling agent. (4) One or both of the inorganic Co compound and the inorganic Ni compound, Contains (5) organic resin and (6) water, The concentration of the P compound is 0.25% by mass to 5% by mass. The concentration of the Si compound is 0.2% by mass to 9.5% by mass, and the concentration is 0.2% by mass to 9.5% by mass.
