PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the coating powder less likely to aggregate to improve fluidity, improve the dispersibility of the coating powder, make the film on the surface of the substrate uniform, and impart photocatalytic performance to the surface of the substrate, for example. If so, the photocatalytic performance will be improved. SOLUTION: In the coated base material of the present invention, at least anatase-type primary particles of titanium dioxide are deposited directly on the surface of a base material composed of a metal or an alloy to form a film, and the base of the film is formed. The adhesion rate to the material is 86.6% or more and 98.0% or less, and the average particle size of the primary particles is 20 nm or less. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
