PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody and an assay for detecting folic acid receptor 1. The present invention generally relates to an antibody that binds to a human folic acid receptor and a diagnostic assay for a treatment based on the folic acid receptor 1. Further methods are provided in which antibodies are used to monitor therapies. An antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to an epitope of FOLR1 and wherein the epitope contains at least one, at least two or three N-glycosylated amino acids. Cells that produce antibodies of the invention, antigen-binding fragments or polypeptides thereof are also provided. [Selection diagram] None |
