abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-side driver capable of accurately driving a high-side transistor having a small threshold value. A high-side driver 300 drives an N-type high-side transistor MH. The switching line 302 is connected to the source of the high side transistor MH. Selection circuit 310 includes a voltage V S of the switching line 302, to generate the higher to the common line 306 of the power supply voltage V CC. The regulator 330 stabilizes the voltage V COML of the reference line 308 to a level lower than the voltage V COM of the common line 306 by a predetermined voltage width ΔV. The charge pump circuit 340 based on a clock signal that swings the voltage V COML voltage V COM and the reference line 308 of the common line 306, to generate a low voltage V SM than the switching line 302 to the low side line 305.
