abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advantageous technique for improving the optical characteristics of a photoelectric conversion device. SOLUTION: A dielectric film is provided in a first groove and the second groove. A conductor member is provided in the first groove, and the dielectric film in the first groove is located between the conductor member in the first groove and the semiconductor layer. Assuming that the distance from the bottom of the groove to the conductor member is Ha, no conductor exists in the second groove in the range from the bottom of the second groove to a distance equal to Ha.
