abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant for a hydraulic composition and a hydraulic composition which provide high fluidity, reduce viscosity and do not delay condensation. SOLUTION: The dispersant for a water-hard composition used for a water-hard composition containing water and a binder so that the water / binder ratio is 0.05 or more and less than 0.20 by mass. A polymer containing a unit (a), a structural unit (b), and a structural unit (c), and the copolymer has a mass average molecular weight in terms of polyethylene glycol / polyethylene oxide measured by a gel permeation chromatograph. Is within the range of 5 to 50 times the mass average molecular weight of the monomer represented by the formula of the structural unit (b) below, and 1.5 of the mass average molecular weight of the monomer represented by the formula of the structural unit (c). It is a dispersant for a water-hard composition in the range of 10 times.
