abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have excellent thermal decomposability, not to affect the type of organic binder resin to be selected, coating shape, and conductivity, to suppress a stringing phenomenon when used in a conductive paste, and to have excellent insulation resistance. Provided are crosslinked fine particles capable of producing a multilayer ceramic capacitor, and a conductive paste containing the crosslinked fine particles. A (meth) acrylic resin is contained, the average particle size is 0.1 to 0.5 μm, the coefficient of variation of the particle size is 10% or less, and the temperature is 5 ° C./min in an air atmosphere. The amount of heating residue when heated to 500 ° C. under the conditions is 0.3% by weight or less, and the (meth) acrylic resin is derived from a monofunctional (meth) acrylic acid ester having 1 to 4 carbon atoms at the ester site.
