The fluid supplied to the inside of the outer cylinder 22 is higher than the temperature around the exterior body 24. The second discharge port 223 discharges the permeable substance that has passed through the zeolite membrane composite 1 among the fluids to the outside of the outer cylinder 22. The permeated substance discharged from the outer cylinder 22 can be introduced into the exterior space 240, which is the space between the outer cylinder 24 and the outer cylinder 22, via the second discharge port 223, and is introduced through the outer body discharge port 241. It can be discharged. The interport space 243 surrounded by the exterior body 24, the second discharge port 223, and the exterior body discharge port 241 includes at least a part of the zeolite membrane composite 1.
