titleOfInvention Medical projection system
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually and easily determine whether or not a projected image matching the outer shape of an affected portion of a patient can be accurately projected toward the affected portion even during surgery, and to support improvement of convenience for doctors and the like. In a medical projection system, an excitation light source irradiates an surgical field containing a subject to which a fluorescent agent has been previously administered with excitation light. The marker is placed in the surgical field and fluoresces based on the excitation light. The camera captures the first fluorescence emitted from the subject and the second fluorescence emitted from the marker based on the excitation light, respectively. The control unit detects the position of the first fluorescence image showing the first fluorescence and the position of the second fluorescence image showing the second fluorescence from the captured image captured by the camera. The projection unit projects the projected image in which the first content image is arranged at the position of the first fluorescence image and the second content image is arranged at the position of the second fluorescence image on the surgical field by visible light.
