Encapsulation of messenger RNA |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanoparticle preparation containing lipid nanoparticles for encapsulating messenger RNA. A nanoparticle formulation comprising lipid nanoparticles encapsulating an mRNA encoding a cystic fibrosis conductance control protein, wherein the mRNA encoding the cystic fibrosis conductance control protein has a length of more than 4 kb. The lipid nanoparticles are encapsulated within the lipid nanoparticles with an encapsulation efficiency of 85% or greater, and the lipid nanoparticles have an average size of 80 nm or less and a homology scale (PDI) of 0.19 or less. Particle formulation. [Selection diagram] None |
