PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substantially improved result in regression of a cancer tumor such as melanoma while substantially improving a long-term survival rate, a co-stimulatory agonist such as an agonist of GITRL, CD137, CD134, CD40L, and CD27. Provided is a method comprising an electric perforation protocol for delivery of a plasmid encoding. SOLUTION: The electroporation therapy includes injecting an effective dose of a plasmid encoding a therapeutic protein such as a costimulatory agonist into a cancerous tumor and performing electroporation therapy on the tumor. A method further comprising performing at least one voltage pulse from about 200 V / cm to about 1500 V / cm over a pulse width of 100 microseconds to about 20 ms. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
