abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic surface protective film which has less contamination on an adherend and has excellent peeling antistatic performance without deterioration over time. SOLUTION: A (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer having (a1) alkyl groups having C1 to C4 carbon atoms is placed on one side of a base film 1 by 1 to 30 parts by weight, and (a2) alkyl groups having C5 carbon atoms. Acrylic of a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 70 to 99 parts by weight of a (meth) acrylic acid ester monomer of ~ C18 and 0.1 to 12 parts by weight of a copolymerizable monomer containing (B) a hydroxyl group. It is composed of a based polymer, and further contains (C) a bifunctional or higher functional isocyanate compound, (D) a cross-linking accelerator, and (E) a ketoenol copolymer compound, and also contains an antistatic agent. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 obtained by cross-linking an uncoated pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is formed, and a release film 5 having a release agent layer 4 containing an antistatic agent laminated on one side of a resin film is bonded to the surface thereof. ..
