PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator configured to produce a high oxygen concentration gas sent to a patient by a ventilator. SOLUTION: One or more adsorbent sheave beds 120 capable of operating an oxygen concentrator 100 to remove nitrogen from air and produce concentrated oxygen gas at each outlet, and each outlet of the sheave bed. A fluid-connected product tank 130, a compressor 110 that can operate to pressurize the environmental air, one or more sheave bed flow paths 160a and 160b from the compressor to each inlet of the sheave bed, and a sheave bed. The bypass flow path 170 from the compressor to the product tank, which bypasses the compressor, and the flow of pressurized environmental air from the compressor in response to the control signal, selectively one or more sheave bed flow paths. Includes a valve unit 150 that is operable so that it can be fed along or along a bypass flow path. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
