titleOfInvention | A solid pharmaceutical formulation that masks drugs with unpleasant sensory properties |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical solid preparation in which unpleasant sensory properties are suppressed by containing isosorbide and a heat-melted substance, and further to provide a method for producing a pharmaceutical granular preparation having less roughness. It has been found that by preparing a pharmaceutical solid preparation containing a heat-melting substance, it is possible to prepare a preparation in which the unpleasant sensory properties peculiar to isosorbide are improved. Furthermore, the present invention has been completed by finding a production method for obtaining a granular preparation having less roughness. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
