PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a mutated microorganism resistant to the lactose killing phenomenon, and to provide a microorganism which can be obtained by the method. SOLUTION: A method for producing a microorganism resistant to the phenomenon of lactose mortality when lactose grows in an environment combined with another carbon source, a. Mutating the expression of the lactose transporter in a microorganism, where the mutation results in the expression of the lactose transporter, b. Growing the mutated microorganism in a medium containing a carbon source other than lactose, c. Adding lactose to the medium during the growth of the mutated microorganism, and d. Select a microorganism that grows in the medium containing lactose and is resistant to the lactose killing phenomenon and that retains at least 50% of the lactose influx obtained in the wild-type expression cassette of the lactose transporter.
