PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody construct for prevention and treatment of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) which is an advanced lung cancer. A bispecific binding domain comprising a first binding domain that binds to human DLL3, which is an SCLC-specific tumor antigen on the surface of a target cell, and a second binding domain that binds to human CD3 on the surface of a T cell. Antibody construct. Further provided are a polynucleotide encoding this antibody construct, a vector containing the polynucleotide, and a polynucleotide or vector-transformed or transfected host cell. Further provided are methods of making antibody constructs, medical use of antibody constructs, and kits comprising antibody constructs. [Selection diagram] None |
