abstract The production method according to the present invention uses water-soluble cellulose and is a nanorod-shaped hexagonal molybdenum oxide (h-MoO) even in a low-temperature precipitation reaction at normal pressure without applying a high-temperature and high-pressure hydrothermal synthesis method. 3 ) is easily produced, and the hexagonal molybdenum oxide (h-MoO 3 ) nanorod produced thereby is suitable for carbon-based conductive materials such as carbon nanofibers (carbon nano fiber). It can be mixed and can be usefully used as a negative electrode material for pseudocouplers.
