The elastic membrane used in the uterine cavity according to the present invention and having a function of reactivating the endometrium base layer is a drug containing silicone rubber and at least one type of estrogen, and is silicon as a drug storage region. Includes a drug that is wrapped inside the rubber, or evenly dispersed, or carried on the outer surface of the silicone rubber as a coating layer. In the present invention, a matrix-type elastic film is formed by mixing a silicone rubber and a drug, vulcanizing and cross-linking, and curing the silicone rubber and the drug into a mixed film, or by dissolving the drug and a degradable polymer in a solvent. The present invention further provides a method for producing an elastic film, wherein a chemical solution is formed and a slow-release coating layer is formed by spray-coating the chemical solution on a silicon rubber. In the present invention, estrogen is supported on silicone rubber, and the endometrial base layer of the uterus is continuously reactivated by drug stimulation, so that the functional layer is regenerated in the base layer and restored to the original endometrial structure. Achieved the purpose of thoroughly preventing adhesions. [Selection diagram] FIG. 14 |
